MEP®. CHAPE Dose is an 800g dose of various pre-dosed adjuvants to improve the setting of the work and the durability of mortars.

MEP®. CHAPE Dose gives the mortars a good water retention, a better smoothness which facilitates the implementation and a longer usage time.

  1. Substrate Preparation:

    Remove all traces of grease, oil, cement laitance.
    Remove dust.
    On excessively porous cement substrates, dampen and wait for the water film to disappear.
    In case of holes or significant flatness defects, fill with MEP®. REP Sol.

  2. MEP®. CHAPE Dose must be incorporated into the cement during mixing.

    Respect the conventional processing rules.

  3. Product Application:

    Adhesive installation
    Previously apply an adhesion slurry (MEP®. PRIM Pro mixed with DURALATEX® diluted at a ratio of 1 part DURALATEX® to 2 parts water).
    The screed is applied to the still fresh slurry.
    Apply the slurry as it advances.

  4. LIMITS OF USE
    AVOID THE FOLLOWING

    Gypsum-based substrates
    Asphalt (asphalt mix)
    Wood
    Painting
    Poured concrete

  5. LIMITES D’EMPLOI

  6. Do not apply to :

    Floors that are permanently wet or subject to rising damp.
    Soils that do not allow rainwater to run off.
    Soils exposed to direct contact with the ground.
    Friable or unstable soils.
    Industrial floors.

  7. RECOMMENDATIONS:

    The splitting joints shall comply with DTU 26-2.
    Expansion joints must be extended in the screed.
    Outdoors, for water drainage, the screed must have a minimum slope of 1.5%.
    Do not add water to the mixture during setting.

  8. PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

    Packaging: 800g bag.
    Conservation: 12 months in its original packaging.
    Tools : concrete mixer, shovel, trowel, ruler, plastic float, stainless steel smoothing machine.
